- My Shipping information is incorrect. How do I fix this?
Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been processed and fulfilled by us. Please email us your correct shipping information (customerservice@fineststitchco.com) and in the event your order has not been processed, we will email you a confirmation of this change. If the email to request a change in shipping information is received after your order has been processed, please contact the courier for a redirection.
- I have not received my parcel. What do I do?
Delays with our courier may usually occur, especially during sale or peak holiday periods. We ask that you allow up to 14 days to receive domestic orders. A tracking link is provided for each order via email. Please refer to this link to view the current progress of your shipment. FSCO is not responsible for the incorrect input of your shipping address.
