FSCO RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns in the following cases:
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (CONSUMER GUARANTEES APPLY)
We take great care in checking your garments before they leave our warehouse. If you
receive an item with a major fault (e.g. damaged, unsafe, significantly different from
the description, or doesn't perform as advertised), you are entitled to a refund,
replacement, or store credit—your choice.
For items with a minor fault, we will offer a free repair or replacement. If the issue can’t
be resolved within a reasonable time, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email customerservice@fineststitchco.com with clear images and your order number.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you've simply changed your mind, we offer store credit only under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- It is unworn, unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Final sale or promotional items.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Worn, marked or washed items.
- Items that require cleaning (a $10 deduction will apply if accepted)
EXCHANGE REQUESTS
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like to change your item, please return it
for store credit and repurchase your preferred size or style through our website.

- Accurately fill out ALL information provided and sign to confirm the conditions on returns form.
- Post your return to us at: 201/62 Cross Street, Guildford, NSW, 2161
- Please all up to 3 business days from redelivery to process your return.
- All returns will be followed by an email from us regarding the outcome of your return.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
- Visit our Returns Centre to lodge your return request.
- Fill out all required information accurately and confirm acceptance of return conditions.
- Follow the provided instructions to repack your items securely.
- Ship your return to the address provided during the process.
- Allow up to 3 business days for inspection and processing
- You’ll be notified via email of the outcome.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST
*Refunds will only be accepted for Full-Priced Items*

- Send your item back using the return address provided.
- Receive your refund, or resolution based on your case.
RETURN TO SENDER
If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 14 days (10 business
days) your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like the order to be sent back
to you, we will require a payment of $7.99 (standard) or $12.99 Express.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
Once payments have been received and the order is processed in our system it cannot
be cancelled. Pre-ordered items do not qualify for cancellation. For the amendment of any order details please contact us via
